This is an unusual wedding reception idea in colder climes where one cannot contemplate taking a chance on the weather, but in Cyprus it is more likely than not that it will be warm and sunny, sometimes it may be windy, but timing is all here, as the normal state for sunset is a dying down of the wind. So, for a dream wedding in Cyprus, is another idea to make it just that bit more special.

A wedding reception on a boat or yacht can be either a small intimate affair or a large dinger of a do. We can also offer a part of a larger catamaran for those of you who's budget won't stretch to a private charter or those who like the idea of sharing your celebrations (in part at least) with a crowd of people that you don't know.

 We highlight some yacht reception possibilities here, which of course can be adapted to suit your needs, as can any of the other wedding receptions on a boat or dry land.  For those who like the idea of the yacht but are put off by the actualities of sailing, you can always stay in harbour or anchor just off the beach, but be aware that a catamaran is far more stable than a sailing boat as it does not tip when it moves..

Wedding reception on a boat in Cyprus from Ayia Napa, Limassol, Larnaca, Pissouri, Paphos or Latchi is now possible, however the cost will vary depending on where you want to start from., Wedding reception on a yacht in Cyprus are possible anywhere on the coast though.
